We can change it-Wednesday's theme for GOP convention Texas delegates at the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida by Joseph Earnest August 29, 2012 Newscast Media TAMPA, Fla—The GOP convention on Wednesday will cary the theme: "We Can Change It."
Delivering speeches Wednesday will be Senator Rand Paul, a video with his father, Congressman Ron Paul, Senator John McCain, Puerto Rican Governor Luis Fortuno, Tim Pawlenty, Mike Huckabee, former Secretary of State, Condoleeza Rice, Paul Ryan, and many more.
Tuesday's theme was: "We Built It" in which the Republican National Convention unveiled three "These Hands" videos profiling small business owners in Colorado, Nevada and Ohio who built their business themselves, a clear contrast to President Obama's claim that small business owners didn't build their businesses.
Security is extremely tight, and protesters who had expected to disrupt the convention, have found it impossible to bypass the men in uniform who have flooded downtown Tampa.
