Newscast Media CHARLOTTE—The Democratic National Convention will soon kick off on Tuesday September 4, at Time Warner Cable Arena, and Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The final touches are still being put on the stage and other loose ends are being tied. The DNC is utilizing a lot of neon blues since blue is the official Democrat color.
