by Joseph Earnest September 3, 2012 Newscast Media TAMPA, Fla—As Americans celebrate Labor Day, the city of Charlotte will be hosting CarolinaFest celebrations. In order to give the readers an idea of what Charlotte looks like, Newscast Media's Joseph Earnest took some photos of this beautiful city. There is talk that Marco Rubio and about 50 other Republicans have descended upon Charlotte to hold a counter-convention.
