Part I: Angels don't play this HAARP- but can the military play it?

Newscast Media HOUSTON, Texas—We watched broadcasts of protests around the world, yet many have not attempted to deconstruct the phenomenon we just witnessed.  Thousands of demonstrators protested because they say they are offended by the Mohammed movie that most haven't watched or may never watch. The question we should all ask is, are these protests the aftermath of an offensive movie, or are they after-effects of a psychological phenomenon?

To answer that question, I will quote Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher director of Technic Research Laboratory who has done Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) research on human subjects for some time. "Give me the money and three months," she says, "and I'll be able to affect the behavior of eighty percent of the people in this town without their knowing it."

There are many media practitioners who falsely believe that there is a small group of people who are controlling world events.  Some believe they are the bankers.  Others have referred to them as "The Illuminati" a term taken from the movie Angels and Demons.  Others will refer to them as globalists.  All these speculators are sincere, but they are sincerely wrong.  Jews do not control the world, neither do bankers nor Bilderbergers or whatever people call them.  It is not even ex-military people who run the show.  The most dangerous group of people who influence world events are Behavioral Scientists.  They are waging an invisible war without firing a bullet.

These "Behavioral Engineers" are not out to change the world but to make man adjust to it. Professor James V. McConnel, head of the Department of Mental Health Research at the University of Michigan said, " . . . We want to reshape our society drastically, so that all of us will be trained from birth to want to do what society wants us to do. Today's behavioral psychologists are the architects and engineers who are shaping the Brave New World of Tomorrow."

A scientist from Houston, Texas, named Bernard Estuland, patented technology that many believe is the basis for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). The patent number is 4,686,605. (pop-up) HAARP is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). According to the description on their Web site, HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.

The language in Estuland's patent says: "Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device. The ability to employ and transmit over very wide areas of the earth a plurality of electromagnetic waves of varying frequencies and to change some at will in a random manner, provides a unique ability to interfere with all modes of communications, land, sea, and/or air, at the same time." It continues to say: "Thus, this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art, particularly by the detonation of nuclear devices of various yields at various altitudes."

Angels Don't Play This HAARP is a well-researched book by Nick Begich and Jeane Manning that shows advances in Tesla technology, and the government's ability to completely disrupt global communications and alter weather patterns by shifting the jet stream in the ionosphere. The technology was originally invented to locate natural resources beneath the ground, but some have said that this very technology can also be used to trigger earthquakes, cause floods or even droughts. Some believe tampering with the weather is just a "conspiracy theory" but the Iranians believe otherwise. In fact Iran's Ahmadinejad just recently blamed the current drought that Iran is facing, on what he referred to as the enemy. (pop-up)

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, did an investigative report on HAARP. Watch:

The documentary questions whether the technology being developed isn't inadvertently affecting

people who are unaware of the tests being conducted.

You can move the moods of large populations using this kind of technology by emitting Extremely Low Frequency (ELF). This is referred to as Psychological Operations (PSYOP). These are planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning and ultimately the behavior of foreign government, organizations, groups and individuals. Part II: Devil in the details-How to discredit an entire group >>
