New cabinet sworn in before Egypt's interim president

Newscast Media CAIRO—The new government of Prime Minister Hazem al-Beblawy was sworn in on Tuesday in front of interim President Adly Mansour. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi was sworn in as First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister Military Production. Ziad Bahaa Eddin was sworn in as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for International Cooperation. Hossam Eissa was sworn in as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Higher Education. Hashim Zazoua, was sworn in as Minister of Tourism, Reda Hafez as Minister of State for Military Production, Ahmed Imam Shaaban as Minister of Electricity, and Mohamed Ibrahim as Interior Minister. Atef Helmy is Minister of Communications, Ayman Farid Abu Hadid is Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Mounir Fakhri Abdel Nour is Minister of Commerce and Foreign Industry, and Ahmed Hassan al-Borai is Minister of Social Solidarity. Mohamed Ibrahim Ali al-Sayed is Minister of Antiquities, Mohamed Saber Ibrahim Arab is Minister of Culture, Osama Saleh is Minister of Investment, Ashraf al-Araby is Minister of Planning, and Adel Labib is Minister of Local Development. Mohamed Amin Abbasy is Minister of Transitional Justice and National Reconciliation, Mohamed Nabil Fahmy is Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdel Aziz Ibrahim is Minister of Civil Aviation, Ahmed Mahmoud Ahmed Galal is Finance Minister, Mohamed Ibrahim Mohamed Abu Shady is Minister of Supply, Ibrahim Mahlab is Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and Doria Sharaf Eddin is Minister of Information.
