Newscast Media MADAGASCAR, Antananarivo—Madagascar's President Andry Rajoelina continues to defend the herbal remedy Artemisia, that his country is using to cure Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) produced by the Malagasy Institute of Applied Research (IMRA).

The herb was first imported from China in the 1970s, according to the  Malagasy Institute of Applied Research. Anti-malarial drugs like Chloroquine, Camoquine, Hydrochloroquine and so forth, are derived from the herb.

The Donald was the first to tout the combination of Hydrochloroquine and Azythromycin in a tweet on March 31, 2020, and said, when used together, the combination allegedly cures COVID-19.

Naturally, the reaction from "big pharma", using their media puppets was swift in condemning the remedy. Since it is derived from a naturally occurrung plant that cannot be patented, it is not in the best interest of pharmaceutical companies or the World Health Organization (WHO) to support Trump's recommendation.

A patent filed almost five (5) years ago, on July, 23, 2015, and was granted on November 11, 2019, indicates there was anticipation of this virus to spread. How would scientists know five years ahead of time that the virus would spread, and patent this very killer virus?

Pharmaceutical companies and the media stand to gain from the patent of a drug, and it makes sense for media companies to decry the natural cure, since pharmaceutical companies are the meat and potatoes that supply income to media companies through advertising.

Two years before the outbreak, the State Department warned of safety issues at Wuhan Lab where bats were under study for COVID-19.

Should a drug or vaccine be discovered, the patent will be owned by the pharmaceutical companies, and since the virus has already been patented, the owners of the virus patent also stand to gain from the use of the genetic sequence of Corona virus by the manufacturer of the vacccine or drug. Epidemiologists and researchers who believe in healing people naturally have claimed that a combination of Artmesia + Garlic + Zinc + Vitamin C is sufficient to obliterate the virus. Researchers claim that the Zinc demobilzes the virus and prevents it from replicating, while the Artemisia (Chloroquine) acts as a transporter into the cell. Vitamin C boosts the immune system while the anibiotic Azithromycin destroys the virus. Garlic is also a known natural antibiotic that serves a similar function.

According to Al Jazeera, several African countries, including Tanzania, Liberia, Equatorial Guinea and Guinea-Bissau, have either placed orders or have received consignments of the remedy.

Tanzanian President John Magufuli said he was dispatching a plane to Madagascar to collect a shipment of the tonic.

"I'm communicating with Madagascar," Magufuli said during a speech, adding: "They have got a medicine. We will send a flight there and the medicine will be brought in the country so that Tanzanians too can benefit."

In France, prescription of Hydrochloroquin has exploded and now increased as much as 7000% in some parts of the country.  Add Comments >>
