Ugandans cast vote in controversial election tainted with misgivings

Newscast Media KAMPALA, UgandaToday, Uganda holds its presidential election amidst tension, after the military was deployed across the nation by Uganda's Museveni who has ruled for 35 years and is still clinging to power.

 

Bobi Wine whose real names are Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu is challenging dictator Yoweri Museveni for the presidency, in an election that has been tainted with violence against the opposition, several deaths and also imprisonment, toward supporters of Bobi Wine who has cast his vote today.
