Israel strikes back at Syria after rockets hit northern village s

Newscast Media DAMASCUS—Israeli warplanes bombed an area in Syria’s southwestern
province of Quneitra on Thursday, after Israel's military claimed four rockets
fired from Syrian soil hit the northern occupied territories. A one-line statement posted on the Twitter account of the Israeli occupation forces said no injuries were reported. The Israeli army also released a statement, saying, "This was the work of (Palestinian) Islamic Jihad...and we consider the Syrian government responsible for the firing and it will suffer the consequences." But the resistance movement rebuffed the Israeli claims denying the allegations. Add Comments>>
