Newscast Media AUSTIN, Texas—George P. Bush, the son of former presidential candidate Jeb Bush, has won re-election for his second term as head of the General Land Office, defeating his Democratic challenger Miguel Suazo by roughly 1 million votes.
Three Republicans challenged Bush in the primary election, but Bush still wom nearly 58 percent of the vote. Bush comes from a family that has produced two presidents in Texas. Add Comments >>
