Newscast Media LONDON—British Foreign Secretary William Hague will host an
international ministerial meeting in London on June 12, seeking to discuss security in
northern Nigeria and coordinate international efforts to tackle Boko Haram.
“The appalling abduction of the Nigerian school girls underlines the dreadful risk posed
to women and girls in conflict and why we are mobilizing the world to tackle sexual
violence in conflict,” Hague said Thursday in a statement.
The meeting will be held in the margins of the World Summit on Ending Sexual
Violence in Conflict to be hosted by Hague and American actress Angelina Jolie in
